Change View

In order to navigate the 2DH View, EE provides the Change View button in the menu and main form, which has four options as shown in Figure 1 which are described below

  • Zoom To Rectangle: when this option is selected, the user can move mouse cursor to an area of interest on the grid then RMC and drag the cursor to create a rectangle.  This function also can be activated by selecting the icon in the main toolbar and can be used with the keyboard stroke ALT + RMC. 
  • Pan/Shift: when this option is selected, the user can move model grid domain in the direction of mouse cursor. This function is also can be used from icon in menu toolbar or with SHIFT + LMC from the keyboard. 
  • Previous View: go to previous view of the 2DH View. This function is also can be used from  icon in menu toolbar.
  • View Full Extents: automatically zooms out so that everything in the 2DH View is shown. This function can be activated by selecting the icon in the main toolbar or CTRL+ E from the keyboard.
