Page Setup

In the Page Setup option a separate window appears allowing the user to make adjustments before printing as shown in Figure 1. The top of the window shows the name of the printer that the document will be sent to. This can be changed by selecting the Show Printer's Icon.

Page Orientation allows the user to decide whether the page will be printed in landscape or portrait mode.

Margins allows the user to set the size of the page margins. One inch is the default.

Printable area defines the portion of the workspace that will be printed.

Background selects whether or not the background or boarder will be printed. The white box on the right represents a preview of the page and margins.
Selecting Ok will save the settings and apply them when the user selects Print. Cancel closes the print setup window.
