The In the waterbody, the chemical fate and transport can be visualized and animated presents in both the water column and bed. So, there are two options to view contaminants in 2DH View. These can be added to the 2DH View by clicking the Add button in the 2DH View’s Layer Control then select Primary Group: Chemical Fate and Transport They are water column contaminants and sediment bed contaminants. From the 2DH View Option form, selectChemical Fate and Transport for Primary Group, then select Water Column Contaminants or Sediment Bed Contaminants for Parameter as shown in Figure 1.

Next, in the Layer Settings frame, select an option for the Options by clicking the drop-down list.

The options for Water Column Contaminants include Depth Average, Bottom layer, By Layer.

The options for Sediment Bed Contaminants include All layer, Top layer, By layer, Fixed Depth and Depth Average.

Next, In the Class Settings frame, select a contaminant for the Class, if the Total box is checked, and the total of all contaminants defined in the model will be displayed. Click the drop-down arrow for the Options to show a list of options. They include Total, Dissolved, DOC Complexed, POC Bound, DOC, POC, FOC (Fraction of Organic Carbon), Dissolved + DOC Complexed. Selecting one of them, then click the Apply button. The 2DH View Option form will close, and as a result, the selected contaminant in the 2DH View will be updated as shown in Figure 3.
