1  Introduction

The toxics model is built base based on a sediment transport model . How to build a sediment model is introduced in Tra Khuc Coastal Sediment Model.which can be downloaded from our website.

This tutorial document will guide you how to setup a Toxics Model base on West Lake example. So it It is supposed that the sediment transport model of West Lake has been set . So and that it adds the toxics will be added to this model.
