The Model Menu provides access to a range of different functions and utilities (shown in Figure 1246777130). Table 1 246777130 shows a summary of each function.

Re-scan Output | This function is used to re-scan the output of the active model. When the function is used in 2DHView, the model results are reset back to the model start time. | |
Model Nesting | This function is used to create a nested model from the larger model. See Model Nesting. | |
Create Warm Start | This function allows users to create the initial conditions for the model at a specified time. See Create Warm Start. | |
Generate Report. | A summary report of the model general information is provided. This report can be saved, printed or edited. See Generate Report | |

Recent Models. | This function shows a list of the recently opened model, so that they can be opened quickly. | |

To generate the model settings and input report, the user can either click on the Model from main menu or icon of the Model Control frame as shown in Figure 2. When function Generate Report is selected, a summary report of the model will be provided as Figure 3. It is able to save, and edit the report.

Click on icon of the report form to save out the report to a file with *.html format in the #analysis folder, the default name of the report is assigned as name of Run ID. To open the report file, the user can user internet browser as Firefox, Google Chrome or Internet Explorer. (See Figure 4)
The user also can copy content of the report to clipboard by using icon then paste to word or notepad file format. The report can be edited by using icon as shown in Figure 5.

Figure 3 presents the Save Project Layout function that allows users to save the project layout to use for other projects. EFDC_Explorer also supports users to load the active model with the saved format as shown in Figure 4.
