In the Page Setup option a separate window appears allowing the user to make adjustments before printing as shown in Figure 4 391. The top of the window shows the name of the printer that the document will be sent to. This can be changed by selecting the Show Printer's Icon.

Background selects whether or not the background or boarder will be printed. The white box on the right represents a preview of the page and margins.
Selecting Ok will save the settings and apply them when the user selects Print. Cancel closes the print setup window.
