Contaminant - Water Column IC

When the contaminant fate option has been selected in the Modules item in the navigation tree the Contaminants - Water Column option will be enabled as shown in Figure 1. Note that in early versions of EE the contaminant and chemical fate (ChemFate) options were called "toxics."

The Initial Conditions form provides a dropdown menu. Therefore, the user can select which contaminant class they want to set.  The user can set the initial condition to a constant value by specifying a value in the Constant IC (formerly WC Toxic IC) text box.  To apply cell properties via polygons use the Assign button. The options and format of data files to import data are described in Apply cell properties. Users are able to select to apply cell properties for a specific layer or all layers and also edit a single class or all classes in the model.
