EFDC_Explorer can generate a new grid and write to disk the essential EFDC model files to begin building an application. Figure 1 shows an example model generation options form.
There are many settings that need to be assigned when building a new model. The approach taken by EFDC_Explorer is to use a master input file for EFDC which is stored in a non-editable database.
