Perpetual licenses have no time limit in their use and provide the full capability of the EE modeling system without any kind of limitation. However, users will only be able to update their software to the latest version of EEMS within a certain time-frame agreed to in the sales arrangement. After that period of time, EEMS will still function normally but any bug fixes or new features which are added to EEMS after this date will not be accessible to the user. In order to access these updates the user will be required to have a valid maintenance contract with DSI. The EEMS License Manager will inform the user when this maintenance period is finished as shown in 2344769 Figure 2. The user may then contact DSI to have their maintenance period extended if required.

Demo Version is an EEMS version which have no time limit in their use, but provide the limited capability of the EE modeling system. It does not require a license code when activate. The user simply register an user account on the EEMS website (https://www.eemodelingsystem.com). Then the user have already had the EEMS user account, the user just sign in the Sign in EEMS Demo Version to use the EE. The information of the Demo Version is shown in Figure 3.
