The methods to assign the initial conditions for the water column parameters are quite similar with to bathymetry ( please check see Bathymetry ).
When an Assign Elevation button is pressed, the Apply Cell Properties via Polygons form is displayed with appropriate options for that parameter ( see Figure 1).
